Bolham’s footballers travelled to take part in the Kids’ Cup competition at Exeter Sports Park. Down to the bare squad of just six players, Bolham opened their group matches against Exwick Heights and soon found themselves behind to a very early goal.
All the Bolham team rose to the occasion with special mention going to Sam Bingham for his goal scoring exploits and young Levinia Tron, whose eye-catching performance at centre back drew plenty of favourable comments from interested spectators. The day concluded with the Bolham team having their photograph taken with Grecian the Lion, official mascot of Exeter City FC.
